Professional temperature controller NTC in a set.The distinctive feature of it is a simply handling and also easy instalation. Work is based on a method turn on/turn off with regulated histeresis.The controller has got the temperature controller and controlling entry. It can be used in both devices and fridges instalations and also in heating processes.It is also designed for food production,plastic material recycling fabrics and in a places where occurs need of reliable and economic way of temperature regulation.We do reccomend to use this type of device in case of home made smoking chamber,alcohol destilation and for other domestic purposes. A controller is of dimension 78x33mm and is designed to be mount in a board with a hole of dimension 70x28mm by use of mounting handles. The maximum thickness of a board cannot be more than 15mm.
Drivers keep given temperature with set histeresis by use of transmitting entry. Temperature measure is made by tempretaure sensor. Controller can work in a two types of temperature modes control:
For example: Given temperature (X): 80°C histeresis (h): 1°C on mode HEAT (heating) controller starts heatong when sensor temperature T1 is lower than given temperature histeresis [X-h], it stops heating when sensor's temperature is higher than given temperature + histeresis [X+h].
COOL mode (Cooling)
Example: Given temperature (X): -10°C histeresis (h): 1,4°C COOL mode (cooling) controller starts colling while the temperature of sensor T1 is higher than given histeresis temperature+ [X+h], it stops cooling when a temperature of sensor is lower than given histeresis temperature - histeresis [X-h].
